Ill be using this gear to fish for 2 species we have in Australia called Estuary
Perch and Australian Bass. They are both relatively small growing to about 8lb but
pull very hard for their size and are aggressive predators. They both like to live
in heavy timber so when using plastics weedless techniques are the way to go however
its pretty hard to find this kind of gear in aus as most distributors are way behind
the 8 ball. Trying to extract a large bass or perch from the snags is a good
challenge considering the light weights and small lures require light gear to fish
effectively.
Here's a pic of a nice EP I caught last weekend using 1/16th owner ultra heads and 3
inch curl tails.

Thanks for the quick turnaround on the jig heads. They will get some
bass fishing action very soon.

I have been using the same hooks with the 1/8 ounce head on a baitcaster
with great success for quite a while now. I thought I would try the
lighter hooks on some spinning gear.

When it gets too weedy for an open hook jig, I go to these for use with
the 4-to-5 inch grubs, craws, smaller creature baits, and soft stick
baits like Senkos. I paint the heads to match my soft plastic and hop,
swim, or crawl the lure until I find what the fish want that day. These
jigs are really awesome. They stay sharp, don't bend, and are truly
weedless. I also like to troll them behind my kayak with either a grub
or Senko.

Last year I caught over 160 bass in two days of fishing, using mostly
this jig and various grubs and creature baits. Most of the bass were
between 2 and 3 pounds.

I could write a novel on this jig, but hopefully this helps you a little.

I live in southwest Florida and fish 4 to 5 times a week. I
uses these hooks almost every time I go fishing. I match them with a 5 in "Gulp"
jerk shad. I have great luck catching Snook, Speckled Sea Trout, Jack Crevelle's
etc.

Keep them in stock....they can be tuff to find.
