I'm portuguese, so, please excluse for my bad english.
Here, we use this for fishing squids.
We use from the same Yo-Zuri, but not like this one.this one i think are
better, and are the top of YO-Zuri for fishing, and i search here in
Portugal, and no store sell this, so i buy to try, because its what i learn
in forum., that one are better.

I string a 50LB mono main line with lead sinker at the bottom, two 30lb
snoods of 1.5ft length for the jigs, one 3ft from the bottom and one 4 ft higher.
Then find bottom and flick - pause - flick until we find the squid or cuttlefish.
During the day they can be found over sandy bottoms where the squid burrow in
daylight and night they tend to be around structure, rocks etc just off the bottom
but will follow to the surface. Shining spot lamps into the water also helps when
surface fishing for both species.

the squid jig I will probably put on a paternoster style rig and drift over the
local weed banks.
