I am an old guy who has been a fly fisherman all his life. I also tie flies. Mustad 34007 and 34011 hooks have been my standard for tying saltwater flies. I like the old school stainless steel hooks over the new Duratin finish. My wife and I have an upcoming trip to the southern Yucatan Peninsula. These hooks will replenish my depleted stock of 34007's that have been used for bonefish and permit fly patterns.
