For the first time, apply the walk-the-dog style technique below the water surface. Twelve color patterns and a VMC SureSet feather tail hook complete the look. Cast it out, let it sink and get ready to see the X-Rap attitude of this rebel of the water come to life. Begin twitching your rod tip and watch the X-Rap Subwalk dive into sub-surface hunting mode but don't relax, because you're in for one exciting day on the water.

I have been travelling to Panama and they like me to use the Subwalk on the surface
(which aint that easy, because it wants to sink). I use it almost like a popper. It
worked great and I caught a lot of roosterfish and a very nice dorado.

These lures are very popular in the Netherlands amongst the Seabass fishing.
As it does not go very deep so it will not get stuck. The largest size is often used
as it can be casted very far.
The way of fishing is similar to jerking like other surface lures.
It is an excitement for an angler when the fish strikes because it is very
spectacular.
The catch size with this lure is generally large than with other lures/worm that may
explain its popularity.
