The X-Rap is "all about the action" and it triggers strikes. It's the perfect size and three-dimensional shape of a minnow. Prominent scales and the lateral line on the fuselage capture and flash light like a beacon. It's a lure that is designed for aggressive fishing. The angler provides the action and defines the cadence, for maximum effectiveness. Slash one near your neighborhood brute. Dance the Flash Foil Teaser Tail in front of his nose and hang on tight.

Myself use these Rapalas most from shore in freshwater. Mostly for brown trout and
perch, they both love these wobblers. The natural colors S or SD works good on a
normal sunny day, if they not want that you change to FT. If water is cold the red
colors works fine.

Rapala X-rap is very good for fishing pike and zunder. I'm fishing with trolling on
PVC-boat. I lost my old x-rap on the sinker, so i decide to buy another one 2
lures for the experiment=) Thank you/

I use this lure for fishing a fish in
my area, known as "tucunare" look on google images. It is a very aggressive
fish and fight when hooked too, providing great emotions and sportsmanship.
Sorry for the language.

This time of year speckle trout move into our rivers, and even though this is a
fresh water bait we catch them. We use the jerk bait at nite under lites and the
count down in the day. This is an old trick that most don't know about, they look
like injured glass minnows, we found about it bass fishin.
