I make what we on the east coast call, Teasers. Made with this hook, dressed with bucktail and peacock herl, made to look like a baitfish. Used on the top of a hi/lo rig for striped bass, on the bottom is a lure/plug. Cast out from the ocean beach and reeled in very slow. 9 times out of 10, the bass will hit the Teaser rather than the plug/lure. But sometimes, I will have 2 bass on, 1 on the Teaser and one on the plug. Thank you for the great price of this box of hooks

I use the hooks mainly to catch Snappers and the bigger hooks for Groupers.

Thanks for the update! I follow you on Facebook too! I have a small tackle business, primarily tying flies and pouring lead. I make all kinds of jigs, spinnerbaits, buzzbaits and sinkers. I have close to 300 molds. I'll be dressing these trebles for replacements on lures and will add some of them to my own lures. I've been tying for over 50 years and pouring almost as long. That's what I'll be doing with these hooks. For now, I haven't as yet set up any wholesale accounts for buying supplies. I've been working a job too part of the year. I hope to make it a full time occupation for my "retirement" years. You folks seem to have one of the best selections of hooks, and at good pricing, so I always keep you in mind when I need hooks.

I used the Mustad 3407 hooks for rigging pirate plugs and small squids
