Mustad Classic Bronze treble hooks set the standard in quality and are very economical. Sharp and strong with the quality of Mustad behind them.

In Illinois, on the third Saturday in October, one can trout fish. The Illinois
Department of Natural Resources stocks trout in close to 150 lakes. I will begin
fishing on Saturday, along with my 2 children. We go through some hooks. Trout
typically swallow hooks, so these will keep us fishing.

Here in Arizona, we typically fish for rainbow trout with #18 treble hooks with
powerbait. In early June we plan to fish in Washington, Oregon, and northern
California. In addition to trying to catch spring Chinook and steelhead, we plan to
catch some of their much larger rainbows. So we purchased your #14 treble hooks to
present larger bait for bigger trout.

I fish a river that has schools of panfish.I replace the
hooks on the rebel pop r and heddon's tiny torpedo.Due to
the smaller hooks,I get a lot more hook-ups fishing this
ultralight set up.(too much fun)

I use the mustad 14 treble hooks tied on with #6 and #8 hooks for trout, the trout go after the flashabou
tail and the trebles work to help hook the fish. I typically crimp the barbs to
help minimalize damage to the fish. I am going to try them on the Bass this Summer,
basically the same approach without crimping the barbs.

I use the mustad size 14 bronze treble hooks for trout fishing,
Walleye and cat fishing, here in Show Low, AZ 85901
I have not purchased hooks since around 2003, Needed to update my fishing
gear with a lot of hooks, weights and casting bobbers plus others.
I always buy large amounts of hooks, weights, swivel snaps etc.
I also have 3 kids I have to supply for and anyone else needing items I can
spare.

I'm currently making some small inch long lures for my perch fishing and these
trebles are just what I'm looking for to finish them off. Hopefully they will catch!
Your prices are very reasonable, it says a lot when it's cheaper to buy them from
the States than it is from my local tackle shop! The world truly is becoming a
smaller place.

I'll be using these for trout fishing and mainly for floating powerbait
about 18" off the bottom. It's one of the most peaceful things I do to clear
my mind and get away from things.

The first photo is a flathead the second photo is a saddle back or bight
bream ( a reef fish )and the third is a thread fin salmon .
The salmon was caught on 12 pound line and taken on a live as you call them
in the states shrimp of about 4 inches long. They fight like all hell has
broken lose and repeatedly jump about 3 feet into the air.
On the previous e mail the first photo is a bream and the second is a
queenfish. Queen fish also jump or as we say in Australia dance and are
wonderful fun to catch. This fish was also taken on live shrimp.
The hooks that i bought from you will be used to catch bream and flathead.
All these fish were caught in the last two months plus many many more .
I have literally thousands of photos including Australian tarpon which are
no where near as big as yours grow but on 4 pound line are great fun .

Simply put I use these for fishing for trout, I like to tie my own leaders, as they need to vary in length out here, also like to use Maxima flourocarbon line.
BushNBeach on 10/29/2011 04:49pm
I am a fishing writer for an Australian fishing mag called Bush n Beach
fishing and i am fitting these hooks to a type of lure called DYI Palm baits
a paint it your self lure which i am promoting in an article about taking
kids fishing . I think that these DTI palm baits could well be a good tool
to help parents get their kids off the computer and out fishing because i
believe that these lures add another level to the hole experience of it
all . If you want to see what we catch i will send you a few photos as i
have heaps of them.
