To catch pike in the Northern Dvina and cod in the White Sea, I use a jig head of a fairly large size (from one ounce to three). A few years ago, I purchased a mold for casting DO-IT jig heads. Themselves jig heads we have on sale, but I wanted to make them myself. The problem was the lack of hooks of the desired size. With the products of Chinese, nameless manufacturers did not want to contact and so the search led to You. I am quite satisfied with Your terms and prices. In the future, I hope to use the services of Your store.

I use these hooks to make spro
style buck tail jigs. I think Mustad makes some of the best jig hooks. My wife and I
fish the Chesapeake bay in Virginia for flounder. These jigs produce some nice
flounder and they are so much fun to catch jigging with light tackle. I also started
selling these jigs. I love making them, and the extra money helps support my fishing
habit. I%u2019ll likely be back for more hooks!

Thanks for the quick action in regard to my order. I%u2019ll be using the hooks to make
jigs for catching ling cod off the Oregon coast.

I bought some mustad 60* 7/0 hooks and I use them for my do it mold. The ultra
minnow mold in the 2 and 3 ounce slot. I use the buck tails for fluke fishing out of
New Jersey, I know a lot of guys sell the buck tails but I just use them for myself.

I make my own 1 oz jigheads for 6" soft plastics I buy in bulk , I fish
for tarpon and snook at night on the west coast of Florida.

Thanks for getting those out.

I do a lot of flounder and sea bass fishing off the coast of New Jersey and I use
the hooks for them. I jig them in 50-60 feet of water around natural and artifical
reefs. This year alone I caught well over 1000 combined. Thank you for the great
service and I will buy from you again.

I make led jigs and these hooks are placed into the molds and then the led is pored
into the mold - the jigs are used in saltwater to catch cod/rock fish.

I use the hooks to make smiling bill bucktails for striped bass fishing.

I'm using these hooks to make 2 ounce jigs. I fish a lot in saltwater and I
use these jigs with a plastic tail to catch most everything, but especially
grouper and black sea bass.

Even though I live in Florida, I learned to jig fish up in Canada, fishing
for walleye. While most of the people I know in Canada fish with live bait,
I preferred plastics and I got to the point where I could out fish them on
most days. Growing up in Florida, we rarely used jigs but now, jigs are my
go to baits.

Fishing out of Steinhatchee Florida, my favorite rig to catch spotted sea
trout is a 1/4oz red jig tipped with a Bass Assassin sea shad in electric
chicken color. My next favorite baits for trout and redfish are a
Mirrolures, a suspending MirrOdine and top water Top Dog. Just last week,
the trout, Spanish mackerel and blue fish were attacking schools of baitfish
on the flats. With the exception of having my line cut off by the razor
sharp teeth of the mackerel and blues, I was catching a fish every cast.
Unfortunately, it's not always like that.

Most any plastic will work for the Sea Bass, which is one of my favorite to
eat (flaky white and mild meat). I probably use Gulp baits more than others
but when the bass are feeding good, I think you could put anything on the
hook and they'd hit it. They normally live in deeper water but move into
shallower water (20-30 feet)in late fall and winter. I have several
locations loaded in my Lowrance HDS and once you find them, you can pretty
much catch them one after another, even on long drifts.

I also fish for large bull reds. My bait of choice? A 3 or 4 oz jig tipped
with a Gulp 6 inch swimming mullet.
