All the life-like scale detail and selections from the incredible patterns of the original X-Rap. The massive diving-lip takes the X-Rap Magnum deep...unassisted. Nothing to hinder the action. These run perfect right out of the box, no wasted time tuning. They can be run up to 13 knots for big game fish worldwide.

I decided recently that I was going to rationalise my lure purchases,
and decided that Rapala provided proof of effectiveness and quality of
manufacture. So I now only buy Rapala - makes life simpler.
I have normally trolled Magnum lures.
The attached shows some successes of the last trip in Sep 2013.
I trolled X Rap and Magnum lures from 5 to 7 knots - in waters between
the discrete reefs that comprise AUS Great Barrier Reef. I have never
used X Rap before, and it caught fish, until it broke the 6 Kg braid
line that I was trolling. I normally would use 12 - 15 Kg braid, or 8
Kg mono.
There is not enough evidence to support the case that X Rap is better
than Magnum OR vice versa, as there are too many other variables that
effect the effectiveness of a particular type of lure. Both do the job.
In previous years I have caught most Spanish Mackerel by floating a
Pilchard ( AKA Sardine), but now that I have a bigger, slower boat - I
will be doing more trolling in the future.
I target Spaniards, but sometimes I catch Tuna ( last pic) . They are a
ball of muscle and deliver a great fight, and I handle them carefully
and put them back to fight another day. It is some fun having to grab
them by the tail in order to release them as unharmed as possible

The size, and the color of the lure I bought from you is an ultimate trigger for
Grouper in the shallow water 5-20 m and Atlantis Tuna or Wahoo in 10m-30m. I
suggest trolling speed sat to no more than 4 knots, with strong long 2m to 3m
flexible rood, and a conventional reel with heavy drag to pull the fish up easier
and hear that zzzzzzzzzzzzzz sound that we would like to hear more often. It's
funny when you think that the color of this lure is the old Pike specialty but it
really works in the salt water.

Tie it with the wire cable n throw it to the sea n use it like a bait
"trolling" technique "
(Technique u use while boat n bait is moving at same speed)

estimated commented that these lures are used in my country to fish for
goldenfish Argentina.En emblematic of this occasion I will use in the famous dam
that we have in common with our fellow Uruguayan, grande.Dicho place called Salto is
prohibitedfishing, but two companies that carry out catch and release only. I tell
which is the placewhere cruise largest gold specimens, with the record 65 pounds of
pure strength. If you want to see what it is I leave this page operator and perhaps
see this species in it cowntry not know. www.riverplatedorados.com
