The X-Rap is "all about the action" and it triggers strikes. It's the perfect size and three-dimensional shape of a minnow. Prominent scales and the lateral line on the fuselage capture and flash light like a beacon. It's a lure that is designed for aggressive fishing. The angler provides the action and defines the cadence, for maximum effectiveness. Slash one near your neighborhood brute. Dance the Flash Foil Teaser Tail in front of his nose and hang on tight.

I have used the XR-12 lures whilst fishing in the northern territory for our
most prized sports fish the barramundi.
The region they are most prevalent in is the salt water creeks and they hide
tightly in the mangrove root systems and undercut areas of the estuarine
systems.
They range in size from 2 to 4 ft and fight very hard.
I often upgrade the split rings as on some occasion the hook-ups are so
intense that they can strip the lure.
The region has a variety of species ranging from Barramundi, Mangrove Jack,
Queenfish, Dew Fish, Groper, Estuary Rock Cod, Reef Sharks, Flathead,
Threadfin Salmon just to name a few.
Crocodiles are a real pest and you have to be extremely careful when near
the water at all times.
The suspending nature of the lures seems to be an effective method when
paused between a subtle ripping action.
Hope you find this interesting.
Do a you tube search of barramundi fishing and you'll see some great
footage.

I usually troll for pike with these can go fast or slow, twitch,
rip or pause close to weeds or rocky points just keep changing depth color size to
find right combo.

I use these lures to fish the pike: "jerking" ans "stop and go"
over the herbariums. They are my favourites lures because they are successfull.
