Mustad 39943NP-BN Demon 4X Perfect Offset Circle Hooks - Size 10/0

we get a lot of big sharks along the beaches here Sarasota/Bradenton and I'm looking to hook some of em up.don't tell the tourists

Using these hooks as replacement for treble hooks on some Colt Snipers and other casting lures. I fish SoCal for tuna and like to fish the slide, throw some iron, etc. These work great for that.

I fish the Texas Gulf Coast for several species including Redfish and sharks. I held
the IGFA world record for Atlantic Sharpnose Shark from 1983-1999.

I use these hooks for Bluefin tuna fishing ,I find they work very well and
are a very strong hook, yesterday a got a 800 lb tuna with one of these
hooks but only 3x strong.

Basically, these hooks will be used on a 12/18 day long range fishing trip
out of San Diego on the Royal Polaris! Look it up and follow Current
Conditions. I will be on the Nakaki Trip in April 2015. Well we use these
hooks on live mackel up to about 2 pounds. After that,3 to 5 poinders, we
go up to a size 9/0 or 10/0 mustad 7691! The smaller 6/0 size are used on
live sardines up to 8 inches or so. I used to use exclusively Owner Mutu
and Super Mutu circle hooks but the smaller sizes are quite heavy and the
Mustads really hold up well even with tuna over 200#. Typically, we used
100# braid with a 100# topshot of fluorocarbon leader and the hook is
either crimped on or tied if the hook has a ring. I make my own rings for
the hooks you sell me. A live bait is picked, the bait hooked around the
anal fins and tossed out in hopes of a bite. With the bigger baits, 130#
during daylite and 200 to 300# topshots at nite! Really crazy and fun but
you gotta be prepared!

I will use the biggest hooks for deep sea fishing (I don't know the english
word for the fish, but in norwegian they are called "lange" and "brosme",
google it;-) )

I use this kind of circle hook in REUNION island especially for fishing big
giant trevally(carangue ignobilis),sometimes I fish shark too....We use to
fish near some rivers of the east cost of the island. I don't fish on boat,
only from land.I use rod that are built for big species like garbolino
maxxter surf specimen 600-800g 4m25, or sert sunset power Africa.My reels
are fin-nor ofs 9500,saltiest 6500H,power pro braid line 100-150 lb, shock
leader 150 to 250lb.The technic is live bait fishing and we most of the time
use pêche cavale (Selar crumenophthalmus) for live bait.

I take several long range fishing trips each year from San Diego into Mexican waters
ranging from 500 up to 950 miles. Use the hooks while fishing for large yellowfin
tuna with mackerel of 2 to 5 lbs in size and in the process hook a number of sharks
