I buy better hooks to replace the stock hooks on my baits befor a
tournament. I usually trash the hooks that come on the baits I get. I buy the
feathered sure-set hooks to replace the end trailer hook on almost all my jerkbaits
to prevent fish from "swiping" the baits. Since doing all this my bite to catch
ratio it almost 1:1. In other words.....it's helped at the weight-in table

I’m just using the mustad elite treble hooks to replace broken and damaged hooks on my Rapala Husky Jerk size
14 lures. They can also be rigged as trailer hooks when fishing with live bait.

I use the mustad elite treble hooks I buy of you to salmon fishing. I fish with shrimp in the river
where I live and wobbler fishing too. We bind the shrimp to the hooks with rubber
thread and fishing in the stream of lead weight. I also use hooks I bought too
wobbler fishing. <
span class="hps">Often wobbler purchased fitted with bad hooks. So we replace the
hooks with new and stronger hooks.

I've never used Mustad treble hooks, thats why I only bought one pack.
If I'm happy with them I will be buying more.

I live in Lugano, Switzerland close to one of the only two lakes in Switzerland that
have northern strain bass.
Unfortunately there are less bass every year due to net fishing and people keeping
every bass they catch to eat.
